中南林业科技大学召开2018年春季学期第一次党政工作例会

【微讯】近日，学校在文科楼报告厅召开2018年春季学期第一次党政工作例会。校党委书记赵运林主持会议。校长廖小平对学校2018年党政工作进行了部署和安排。全体在家校领导、全体处级实职干部参加会议。


廖小平指出，2018年学校工作的总体要求是以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻党的十九大精神，坚守“人才培养”总目标，坚持以“再塑中南林”战略为总抓手，深化教育建设综合改革，统筹“十三五”事业发展规划和一流学科建设，加强师资队伍建设，推进落实本科教学工作审核评估整改，大力提升教学科研水平，积极打造“学术校园”“美丽校园”，不断改善从教从学从研从业环境，加快高水平大学建设步伐，为服务国家生态文明、新时代林业现代化建设和湖南创新引领开放崛起作出新的更大贡献。
廖小平明确地将2018年学校党政工作分解为八个方面28个要点，“八个方面”是指“全面加强党的建设”“全力做好纪念建校60周年系列活动”“加快学科和人才队伍建设”“全面深化教育教学改革”“增强科技创新与社会服务能力”“提升教育国际化水平”“深化管理体制机制改革”和“提高综合保障水平”；“28个要点”为“认真学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神”“加强和改进党对学校工作的领导”“纵深推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作”“广泛征集校史资料”“做好校友服务工作”“认真组织系列纪念活动”、“加强捐赠筹资工作”“推进一流学科建设”“建设卓越师资队伍”“不断加强和改进思想政治教育工作”“全力做好本科教学审核评估整改工作”“推进教学工作有关部署落实落地落细”“切实提高人才培养质量”“强化教学质量监测评估”“打造‘学术校园’”“推进科研管理创新”“加大成果转化力度”“提升社会服务水平”“推进人才培养国际化”“构建对外交流新格局”“加强‘再塑中南林’战略等综合改革的统筹谋划”“全面推进依法依规治校”“持续深化人事制度综合改革”“进一步提高教职工待遇”“加强财务管理和绩效评价”“稳步推进‘美丽校园’建设”“加快建设‘节约校园’”“维护学校安全稳定”。
廖小平强调，全校师生必须认真贯彻落实本次党政工作例会的会议精神，把学校党委行政关于2018年党政工作“八个方面28个要点”的部署作为推动全年工作的根本要求。他说，学校新一任党政领导班子成立两年以来，强化顶层设计，积极谋篇布局，制定出台的相关政策和规划相继得到了落实，发挥了良好的作用，影响深入人心。廖小平指出，2018年，希望全校师生继续按部就班、同心同德地做好每一项工作，让学校办学思想和地位更上一个台阶。
赵运林在总结讲话中对落实本次会议精神提出三点要求：第一，要坚持把党的政治建设摆在首位。坚持和加强党的全面领导，坚持党要管党政策，全面从严治党，以加强党的长期执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设为主线，以党的建设为统领，要按照上级统一部署，认真开展“不忘初心，牢记使命”主题教育，推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化，深入学习贯彻党的十九大和十九届三中全会精神。广大师生党员要永远做政治上的明白人，始终做到对党绝对忠诚，大力营造风清气正的政治生态。要持续加强教育人才和干部队伍建设等工作，不断提高党的建设质量，为学校教育工作改革和事业发展提供坚强政治思想和组织保障。第二，必须脚踏实地，干事创业。要增强、狠抓落实为民，坚持说实话，谋实事，出实招，求实效，把雷厉风行和久久为功有机结合，勇于攻坚克难，以钉钉子精神做实、做细和做好各项工作。第三，必须确保学校安全稳定。要做好学校2018年安全稳定工作，落实“党政同责，一岗双责，失职追责”的要求，多措并举，效力结合，切实做好学校安全稳定工作。他强调尤其要做好全国“两会”期间的安全稳定、舆情管理和引导等工作。(文/林影倩 图/徐建成 编辑/陈名虎 审核/张胜利）
