【校会动态】关于举办“中南林业科技大学2016赛季男子篮球联赛”的通知

各学生分会：
        为响应青团中央、教育部、国家体育总局、全国学联在全国高校开展大学生“走下网络、走出宿舍、走向操场”主题群众性课外体育锻炼的活动（以下简称“三走”活动）。进一步丰富我校校园文化，展现青春活力，激发学习和奋斗的热情，增强体育锻炼意识和团结协作意识，打造一个互相交流，互相学习的平台，中南林业科技大学团委，学生会决定举办大学生篮球赛。具体通知如下：

1报名对象       中南林业科技大学全日制在校学生（包括本科、专科、研究生）

2报名方式及时间报名时间：2016年4月下旬
(制作报名表后统一发到校学生会体育部邮箱：csuftxshtyb@163.com,各学院需要分别上交一份电子档和纸质档案，纸质档案背面应包括参赛人的身份证和学生证复印件)
截止时间：2016年5月9日
比赛时间：2016年5月至6月底

报名方式    1.各学院上报队员15人（包括队长），领队1人（各学院团委书记担任），教练员1人（各学院主席担任）。
    2.各学院在收取纸质报名表并汇编成册后需将参赛队员报名表交由学院处盖章确认方可生效（领队和教练不在此要求范围内）。
    3.各学院在报名时需要将参赛队员的个人信息如实填写，报名队员必须是在校学生，球衣号码规定为4-18号。
    4.各学院参赛前需签署《文明参赛承诺书》及《安全协议书》。

3奖项设置团体：冠亚季军
            道德风尚奖若干
个人：赛季最有价值球员

4比赛规则1.比赛项目:本次比赛设五人制篮球比赛。
2.小组赛：首先抽签将参赛队伍分为四组。采取积分制，分组单循环赛制，各小组按积分前两名出线，胜一场积2分，负一场积1分，弃权积0分，积分多者名次列前，如遇2队积分相等，按两队相互间比赛胜负决定名次，胜者名次列前，如多队积分相同，则按相互间得失分率决定名次，如再有相同，再用同等方法计算在同一小组全部比赛中的所有场次得失分率决定名次，得分多者，名次列前，各组取前二名进入下分区决赛。
3.分区决赛：分组后AC组分别由本组的第二名对第一名，BD组亦然。胜者将晋级四强，晋级后AB组胜者进行比赛，CD组胜者进行比赛，胜者晋级决赛。同时败者进入后四强按上述规则进行排位。
4.总决赛：第一名为比赛总冠军，第二名为比赛亚军。
5.比赛采用中国篮球协会审定的2013年《篮球规则》，并执行国际篮联对规则的最新解释。

5比赛要求1.各学院应当重视本次比赛的各项事宜，组织好本学院的参赛队伍，啦啦队及观众，友谊第一，比赛第二，赛出水平，赛出风格。
2.各学院必须遵守比赛纪律，尊重技术台以及裁判，服从技术台及裁判的判决，如有异议，可向主办方申诉。
3.各学院应当做好本次比赛的后勤及宣传保障、比赛物资及医务人员工作，确保所有参赛人员都能得到及时的体力补充和医疗保障。
