意在培养具有新闻素质和摄影水平的优秀研究生记者，为校园精神文明建设和校园文化建设服务的。

我们需要名嘴组成采编组，负责院刊杂志主题策划、稿件的组稿、审稿、编辑、校对以及采写校园新闻、对学院的校园生活进行跟踪报道。

还需要IT男女组成网络组，编排微信平台电子版面；收集发布网络稿件，维护管理研究生会网站、微信平台。

我们还需要古灵精怪的小伙伴组成宣策部，负责协助团长组织策划宣传管理院刊，开展各种活动与会议；统计稿费，发放院刊，参与图片摄影与编辑。
