中南林业科技大学博弈棋社一．社团简介
中南林业科技大学博弈棋社成立于2015年，它是由中南林业科技大学棋类爱好者自愿组成的发扬智慧和学习精神的兴趣实践类群众性社团组织。宗旨是立足中南林业科技大学棋类运动，团结全校棋类爱好者，普及棋类知识，提高棋艺水平，丰富繁荣校园文化，增进校内外棋类爱好者的交流，以棋会友，共同进步。社团精神和社团文化分别是团队合作，创新求变，挑战自我，博弈人生和集名智风范，创博弈盛世。本社团涉及棋种主要包括中国象棋，围棋和五子棋，将来还会扩充其它棋种。
二、社团机构本社团设有会长，副会长，团支书各一名，下设四个部门，技术部，组宣部，外联部和秘书部
会长：全面主持协会活动，负责召开协会全体会议；代表本会签署有关重要文件；代表协会与其他组织进行沟通和联系；关心全体会员的思想和学习情况；听取广大会员的意见和要求。
副会长：协助会长处理协会各大小事务，领导和评定协会各部门的工作；加强协会内部之间的沟通。
团支书：与校团委进行沟通，加强负责人之间的沟通，组织实施年度工作计划；处理协会的日常事务。
技术部：负责对会员进行教学培训，对棋类资料的整理总结
外联部：负责拉取外联，获得一部分社团所需资金；整理并存档协会的外联资源；对校内社团之间的沟通；与校外同类型社团之间的联系、交流，扩大协会在校内外的影响力
组宣部：制定活动策划以及相关事宜的安排，负责活动与协会的宣传工作，加强与其他协会的宣传部联系，定期组织协会成员参加棋类的相关交流学习 ，开展各种文娱活动，提高协会凝聚力
秘书部：负责协会的日常管理，包括财务管理、会议组织记录、资料棋牌用具管理、制作并派送贺卡等，同时加强协会的团队建设，营造文化氛围等
