标题: 9月起实施！山东中小学将增加艺考，成绩关乎中高考录取！
如今，越来越多的父母给孩子们报名艺术培训班，舞蹈、声乐、钢琴、美术……我们身边的宝贝们也越来越多才多艺，吹拉弹唱舞蹈美术书法样样拿的出手。每年才艺大赛的时候，小编看到娃们的各种精彩表演都叹为观止，原本家长们带娃学艺术只是为了锻炼自信、提升气质，掌握一门学习之外的技能，现在好消息来啦，艺术测试正式纳入中考成绩，2017年9月起实施！

艺术素质测评成为中高考录取依据
为进一步强化美育育人功能，促进学生德智体美全面发展，近日，山东省教育厅印发《山东省中小学生艺术素质测评指导意见》，要求各市在2017-2018学年上学期重点抓好1-2个示范县（市、区）的基础上，总结经验，完善措施，确保在2017-2018学年下学期全面推开。

中小学生艺术素质测评，实行学校主导、县（市、区）统筹、省市抽测的组织形式。音乐、美术学科教师是实施测评工作的主体，在学期末对学生的音乐、美术等艺术课程学习的出勤率、参与度和学习任务完成情况，参加学校组织的艺术兴趣小组、艺术社团和各类艺术活动表现出来的艺术欣赏和表现能力、艺术特长等进行测评。测评结果记入学生艺术素质成长档案，作为高中、高校录取的重要依据。

中小学校在每学期末要登录“山东省体卫艺教育综合信息平台”录入测评结果。省教育厅介绍,每年将组织专家对各县(市、区)和直属学校学生艺术素质测评工作进行抽查复核,每县(市、区)至少抽查复核1所高中、1所中职、2所初中、3所小学(兼顾城乡学校),并将抽查复核结果直接纳入年终对各县(市、区)教育行政部门和学校的考核指标。

自2017年下半年起，我厅将委托第三方对各市学生艺术素质测评的实施情况进行抽查复核。

测评总分110分,以分数或等级呈现
据省教育厅介绍,艺术素质测评指标包括基础指标和学业指标两项。

其中,基础指标(学习性测评)包括课程学习和课外活动,是指中小学生在校内应参加的音乐、美术等艺术课程学习的出勤率、参与度和学习任务完成情况以及参加学校组织的艺术兴趣小组、艺术社团和各类艺术活动的表现。

中小学校应做好学生课堂、活动的写实记录(录像、照片、文字等);学业指标(学科性测评)包括基础知识和基本技能,以课标为依据,通过学期、学年学科性考试考查考核,了解学生理解和掌握音乐、美术等艺术课程基础知识的情况以及基础知识学习后相关的艺术欣赏和表现能力,了解学生掌握和运用基本技能的情况。

测评将通过笔试和现场测试的方式进行,学生艺术素质测评以分数或等级形式呈现。总分为110分,其构成权重分别是基础指标40%,学业指标50%,发展指标20%,得分90分以上为优秀,75—89分为良好,60—74分为合格,60分以下为不合格。其中,基础指标、学习指标和发展指标中的二级、三级指标权重由各市根据实际情况酌情分配。
教育部：音乐，美术，语言艺术，舞蹈，戏剧，戏曲，影视，书法等艺术成绩将正式纳入考试，2017秋季学期正式实施。
   初一以下全部同学将在中考时进行考核并纳入中考成绩！高考艺术特长生享受加分政策。
艺术特长生加分的53所高校：

加强艺术教育是必然发展的趋势，
学生的艺术课程成绩，
对孩子升学起到至关重要的影响。
所以说加强对孩子的艺术兴趣的培养，
提升所学艺术的专业性，
至关重要！！！
为什么要加强孩子的艺术学习呢？
为什么让孩子学艺术有什么好处？
一部分家长会这么回答：
“学艺术，就图个兴趣”
“别人都在学，不想孩子落于人后”
还有一部分家长会这么回答：
“学艺术有啥用，反正也成不了艺术家”
......
......
让孩子学艺术，
家长虽然有行动上的支持，
但态度上，总有那么点消极情绪。

孩子学艺术究竟图个啥？
其实，学艺术不是简单的画画、唱歌......
孩子学艺术，好处不止一两点：

（1）想象力和创意的开发
只有挣脱传统的束缚，
思想才能天马行空。
学艺术能激发孩子的创造力，
从不同角度思考、做事，
如此，长大后才能适应瞬息万变的社会，
成为兼备创造力、崭新理念的新型人才。
（2）提高毅力和解难能力
孩子对某事物朝三暮四，
三天打鱼两天晒网是常事？
学艺术就不同了：
要想达成目标，得不断尝试新方法、新思维，
一场“苦行僧”式的修行；
一次、两次、三次......
毅力、能力在过程中得到提升。
（3）专注力的培养
缤纷的色彩、生动的形态、
动听的音响、神奇的变化，
......
艺术元素齐发力，
激发出一股感染力，
净化孩子的心灵，熏陶孩子的思想
让孩子沉醉其中，专注其中。

（4）延迟满足的能力
艺术创作，是一场修行，
或长或短，
要有足够的耐性，一步一步走向完美；

艺术创作，并非朝夕能成，
或早或晚，
不能立刻取得你想要的成果，
让孩子学会等待，学会延迟满足，
总有一天会水到渠成！
（5）与社会沟通互动的能力
艺术的源泉来自生活，
与他人的沟通、交流碰撞出艺术的火花；

艺术犹如一把钥匙，打开孩子的心门，
学着去接触别人、表达自己，
日后方能口吐莲花、能言善辩。
（6）达成目标能力
毅力、专注力、延迟满足的能力，
无一不在锻炼孩子的耐性、持久力，
不是半途而废，而是持之以恒，
时间或长或短，目标总有达成的一天。
（7）计划性
孩子的生活总是一团糟的，
玩过今天，再说明天，
典型的“今朝有酒今朝醉！”

学艺术，运用到大量几何、对称图形、
画材的使用、创意的构思......
都要有条理性，
久而久之，孩子形成自己的逻辑思维，
生活也就有了计划性，有所为而为。
（8）自我表达
在孩子群里，
抑郁、自闭已是常见之事，
之所以出现这种现象，
不懂表达自我也是原因之一。

学艺术，
孩子可以用色彩、图形、韵律等，
表达高兴、伤心、希望、失望......
把自己的感知，被压抑的情绪呈现出来，
而不是一味的封闭在自己的小世界。
（9）开阔的视野
孩子都是娇生惯养的，
被批评一句，
就蹲在角落里哭鼻子，
禁锢在自我为中心的世界。

艺术是开放的、自由的，
开阔孩子的视野，
看到别人的优点，也看到自己的不足，
勇于面对评判，接受意见，
以一颗虚怀若谷的心去看世界。
（10）自我形象的建立
艺术没有好坏的界限，
只要孩子敢做，
在创作实践中，形成自己的艺术个性，
Ta就是与众不同的，独一无二的，
孩子自然而然地自信感爆棚，
更好的认识自我，形成鲜明的自我形象。
孩子毕竟还是孩子嘛，好玩、好动是天性，
要想艺术的10大好处真正发挥出来，
少不了大人们的引导和支持，
不只是行动上的支持，
更要有思想上的支持和引导！
